 1. Offer Overview
The Complimentary Brand Health Check is a strategic review session valued at $620, offered at no cost for a limited number of eligible businesses.

2. Eligibility
This offer is available to established businesses operating in Australia. StokeDesign reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.

3. Limited Availability
Sessions are limited and subject to availability. Submission of the booking form does not guarantee a confirmed session. Bookings are confirmed via email.

4. Pre-Session Review
By submitting your website and business details, you grant StokeDesign permission to review publicly available information related to your brand, website, and marketing activities for the purpose of preparing your session.

5. No Obligation
The Brand Health Check is provided without obligation. There is no requirement to engage StokeDesign for further services following the session.

6. Scope of Advice
Recommendations provided during the session are strategic in nature and based on the information available at the time. Implementation services are not included.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of the complimentary session.

8. Non-Transferable
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

9. Changes to Offer
StokeDesign reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

10. Privacy
All information submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of delivering the Brand Health Check and related communications.
